Does anyone know where to find the diffuser sheets for a Retina system? I mean. I am going through the same process, but one of the sheets has some damage, and I dare not reassemble the screen until I’ve found some sheets.
Best thing to do is remove the top sheet from another broken Retina screen and swap them across. Usually people sell some from China but do not buy these, they will be covered in dust and marks since there is no easy way to handle them. If you do the Retina LCD panels regularly, you should have a bunch of broken screens with bad dents you can remove the sheets from if needed (although time consuming). Just swap the sheet from one of these, that way, you know the sheets will be good. If not, you can buy broken screen assemblies from eBay.
