Hi, a disc will play but as soon as I insert a flash drive or SD card , the screen goes blank.(goes bright and dims and goes black)

Hi, You don’t state the model number, but are you pressing the Source button to select the desired input source of either DVD, USB or memory card (SD Card)? Update (01/23/2018) Hi, Could you please verify the model number as these are the only ones that I could find for a Logik portable DVD player?
