My current iPhone 4S (AT&T) was unlocked by the carrier. If I purchase a new “locked” logic board how do I go about having it unlocked again since the IMEI number will be the same?
If you buy another att locked board, it will have a new imei and you will go through the same unlock process you did the first time. https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/
I really doubt buying another logic board will give you the same imei as the one you have now.
