Hello I was trying to unscrew a screw near the logic board and my screw driver slipped and made a little rip and made a scratch under it can i just put heat resistant tape over it or do i just leave it thanks!
Honestly I would even worry about it. Just try not to do it again. I’ve seen boards with all of that’s stuff gone and they’re fine. Getting a new logic board is not necessary.
You need to get a new logic board. That’s not safe for you or the phone, the thermal paste that was there is now exposed and the processor can no longer connecting to any cooling device. The device is going to overheat and break itself or worse.
