I have a macbook air mid 2013…black screen…bought a new power cord…changed the io board for thr mag safe..removed the battery to power it up…still black screen so i guess it’s the logic board…i don’t have any more warranty on the laptop. Question is: would a 2014 macbook air ligic board swap on a mid 2013 work? Thanks if yes what is the price.
Parts catalog says nope. Does an external monitor work? What makes you thin you have logic board damage- liquid spill? Might only be the LED backlight controller - Is the 13" MBA your machine (I changed the generic ID to use the parts catalog).
