I move the lock/unlock switch on the top, but the lock icon stays lock? Works when I connect to PC? HELP!!!
John, you may have to take it apart and look at the hold switch . There is a little tab on the slider where the switch fits in. It may have come off, or broken off. instructions are here and the part is available here Good Luck.
