My mom got locked out of her laptop, changed the admin password, and she forgot what it was. I don’t know how to fix this and neither does she- Update (08/31/2020) I fixed it, I used the error code that was showing up and entered onto https://bios-pw.org/ Was able to get through the bios
Enter it wrong three times and you should be prompted for recovery. The master pass for HP is either 12345 or CNU1234ABC . Hope this helps.
