Chosen Solution
My aunt forgot password of her Lenovo y410 laptop she asked me to reset it.when I turn it on it is asking for password and there is no other option like forgot password visible on the screen. I don’t know when exactly it was bought. It’s processor is Intel celeron.it looks too old.
By the looks of things the cmos battery is on the under side of the board:
