What are the IC chips need to remove from logic board to harvest on a new board. I know it’s the NAND , the CPU, and EEPROM is the another IC that pairs with all of the above. i was repairing a iPhone 8 Plus (intel) and dropped it and the arm of the logic board snapped. any help?
Hi, the baseband CPU, the baseband EEPROM, the logic EEPROM, and the WiFi chip have to be swapped as well. The logic EEPROM can be left out if you don’t mind erasing the phone, and the WiFi can be left out if you have a NAND programmer. Be warned: this is VERY difficult!
