A few years ago I spilled water on my A1465 Macbook Air 11 inch. Ever since I have used it connected to a monitor. When you shine a flashlight you can see all of the screens and icons on the Macbook. It boots up properly. Would it be possible to put in a new logic board to fix this issue of the backlight?
It would also be possible to repair your current logic board backlight circuit. Apple won’t do it, but you can find around a few labs specialized in component level repairs. A board replacement would of course fix the issue too.
