My iPhone 7 has lines on the screen and one side is black but the screen is not visibly broken. I can turn it on and all the buttons appear to be working but I cannot unlock because the numbers on the side of the screen behind the black don’t respond to touch. Do I need a new screen or do I have a bigger problem? Any chance it is just disconnected?
It could be a worse problem than just the display but not very likely. You shouldn’t assume the worst case scenario in this situation. In the vast majority of cases like this it’s just a damaged display.
i have black lines on the right side of my phone and it wont dissapear but i can still click buttons and stuff how do i get rid of the black lines?
