I replaced my iPhone 5s screen today and there are now lines on the new screen? I made sure I was super careful with the replacement.. is there a chance it could have been a dud screen?
Try reconnecting the screen connectors, usually this can be caused if it does not click in properly. Try testing it out of the phone to make sure the ribbon is not too sensitive, in which case you would need a new screen.
