Can’t seem to get it to thread.
Are you new to machine sewing? Hopefully you have the handbook (or can find it online). Follow the threading instructions very carefully. There are a few Youtube videos also that should help you, including ones on trouble-shooting. It may well be something very simple you’re not doing right.
