Hi, I was trying to replace the lightning connector and I removed the old one from the phone. When I went to put the new one in and removed the blue paper from the adhesive on the flex board, all of the adhesive came off the flex board and stayed on the blue paper. How important is the adhesive to be attached to the flex board, so it’s in between the flex board and the hard back? Do I need this adhesive to be there for the phone to run properly?
I wouldn’t worry about it. The speaker will keep it in place.
