light on top left keeps flashing , it does this when there is a message but there are no messages via 101, please help

Hi, To reset the Message light: With the phone in standby, open the menu and select Global Setup select VMWI Reset, then select Yes. Here’s a link to the Uniden Dect 6.0 User Guide if you require more information about the phone.
