Reset the machine by unplugging it for five minutes. Then let us know if the issue persists and any codes you get.
ghp, lid lock flashing possible lid lock problem but for the most part it is telling you there is a problem with the washer at which time you can put in diagnostic mode and retrieve error codes to tell what the problem is. Great, except the lid lock light won’t go off even after unplugging for several hours. Troubleshooting sequence won’t work due to the light being on.
