will not power on unless charger is plugged and will power on most time. not plugged in power on LG logo loads up and then 5 seconds after flashes of and returns on to LG logo repeats until you hold power on/off button in for few seconds.
Gonna guess it’s the power button. Needs to be changed. Has to be soldered on. For micro soldering, it’s a pretty easy job
