Hello I fix people:) I got a black screen with the battery icon and a red question mark flashing non-stop….. I opened it to check if everything was well connected…and yep..all good…do you have any idea wtf is wrong with it? (LG G6)
To the best of my knowledge, the LG G6 supports wireless charging, most wireless chargers also contain the battery temperature sensor. The battery won’t charge, and most likely wont turn on if the phone can’t read the battery temperature. I would make sure you havent damaged that component when you replaced the screen.
Hi @sophieifixqc The question mark leads me to believe you may have a battery issue. I would try a replacement battery to fix this issue. It is a good idea to check for any type of water exposure while the device is opened. This will present as a blueish turquoise colored corrosion on areas of the logic board. If you don’t find anything like that, you’re good!
