I have done all of the recommended troubleshooting. Made sure the filter is clear. Checked for kinked hoses. And even replaced the water pump. It still gives the OE error at the end of the cycle and has water in the tub that will not drain. Sometimes if I let it sit for a bit and then try to run just the spin cycle it will work and drain out the rest or the water. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
Hi @charmar , I realize that you said that you “Checked for kinked hoses”, but did you also check that there is no blockage in the drain hose when you replaced the drain pump? Does the drain that the drain hose is connected to, allow the water to flow away quickly? An OE error code indicates that all the water hasn’t drained in the required time allowed for this to happen. Try running 5 consecutive tub clean cycles using washer cleaner tablets (or what is recommended in the link) and then check. If still no good, here’s how to get into the test mode for the machine so that you can check if the drain pumps turns on (which you say it does), but more so to check if the water level frequency is OK
