I own a Lenovo Yoga 720 15ikb that’s SSD has a JIS #1 screw. I may have stripped it with a Phillips head screwdriver. I am working getting the correct screwdriver for it. If it is too stripped is there anywhere or anyhow I can replace the screw even if it’s not a JIS?
Yes, of course, get the correct screw driver. Steady your work and exert firm but cautious pressure sensing when the srcew driver is engaging the screw. When putting it back in just tighten firmly but NOT too tight! Many people exert too much force.
