My tablet started having this issue where it won’t turn on today. It was working fine yesterday, but when I tried turning it on this morning, it wouldn’t. I’ve tried the plug in and press power button for 20 seconds then unplug and press power button for another 20 seconds, but that didn’t work. I have artwork on my tablet so I would much prefer if I didn’t do a factory reset since none of it is stored on my SD card.
If you already tried a hard reboot of the tablet, then the problem may be the battery. Try removing your battery for about 10 minutes, and then put it back in. Try charging the tablet with a different USB cord or electrical outlet. Holding the power and both volume buttons down on my X1 brought it back to life.
