Some of the tiny external screws holding the bottom housing in place have fallen out. Where can I find replacement screws?
Hi, Here’s an image taken from p.35 of the service manual for a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 15 It shows the screw sizes required, (and the part number for the M2.5 x 5 mm screw only) for the bottom cover, if this is what you mean.

(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If you search online for Lenovo (insert appropriate part number) there are a few suppliers shown. If you can’t find any suppliers that suit, go to a hardware store and see if they have the size screws required. They may not be black or nylok coated but will be of the correct dimensions
