Chosen Solution
I ordered a left fan from ifixit and it is not a fresh part, I can see rails on it has it was used before and actually it doesn’t solve my problem since I still got the same noise coming out of it. Can I get a new fan please not a refurbished one ?
You can fix that yourself by cleaning and relubricating the fan. Look here.
