Hello, I am having a problem with my HyperX Cloud 2. I had to buy a new jack, and now I am having an issue with the sound channels. The right one is fine but the left channel is played like the center and center is played only from the left speaker. Microphone and right channel work perfectly. Any ideas? Thank you.
You must have wired it wrong. This is what it should look like (make sure the colors are correct):
