When charging my Big Jambox the LED ring around the power button is pulsing red. It says 3/4 battery when I press the “J” button and is still connects to my bluetooth. I cannot understand if this is a problem or not I don’t remember it flashing red before.
Your battery is failing! While it still may offer enough for the amount you are using the speaker the battery will need replacing soon.
