My kenmore elite is leaking from the back not the front onto my ele in the back here is a pic

@meesh you did not tell us exactly where in the back it is leaking. Start by checking the water inlet valves ( where you connect the water hoses to). Not sure where the water would come out of in the image you posted. Mark the location. Let us know what exact model your washer is so we can try to get more information.
