My phone dropped in water and now everything seems to work except touch lcd color are good but it is not responding to touch what could be the problem?
Like you said. What wrong is that iT dropped in water. You need to get iT cleaned asap. My guess is there is water on you board or connectors. Dont take iT light get iT cleaned.
