Chosen Solution
My camera was jarred on a hiking trip. Checked the camera, and all appeared to be OK. However, when taking a picture, I noticed that there were some different color lines running parallel across part of the screen. Also, there are a couple of lines running at an angle that are inside the screen, making it appear that the glass is broken. However, the glass or plexiglass, whatever material, is not cracked. So I’m guessing that something behind the glass was compromised. If it would be helpful to attach a picture of the screen, I would be glad to send. Did not see any option to attach a picture here.
