If you are reseating the lcd flex cable after repair and you fiddle with it to get it back in can that cause any issue
Fiddling with it shouldn’t cause any issues but in extreme cases, it can damage the connector, either on the screen end or the logic board. If you suspect you damaged it, then look at it under magnification to see. If the pins are physically damaged, then the connector has to be replaced (logic board) or the screen replaced depending on which connector end is damaged.
