when i insert cd or dvd of any game the console doesnt read it stays the same like when it doesnt have any cd or dvd!! what can i do to fix it!?
I had similar problem on our ps2 it was resolved by opening the unit up and cleaning all the dust that had accumulated in there… And by a simple clean of the lens! I did a complete teardown because it would help keep the machine running longer/ prevent overheating/shorting. I was amazed by how much dust gets in there! Just need to find a guide to help you open up the slim!
