I have an 80gig ipod Classic model #A1238 with a bad hard drive. What size hard drive can I install without having to change the back and battery?
I know for sure that a 160 GB would fit without any problems since your model had that as an option. Anything above that, you have to make sure that the physical size is the same and that it is a zif drive. here ismore detail. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
