My laptop is works only when it plugged in. When take off from plug it shuts off. And my battery is proper (I got know because used in other device) . So I want to know what is the problem with it. Thank You
Try downloading and running BatteryInfoView from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/battery_inf… and see what it says about your battery.
