Hi my hp laptop TouchPad stopped working and I decided to restart my laptop to see if it solved the problem but it didn’t. Then a message that said I think “error driver stopped working and restart to look in the poblem” and now it won’t start up its stuck on the 4 box windows screen with the spinning circle l. PLEASE HELP FAST. WINDOWS 10

Four years later…..though this may help some one else. Hard drive crash. Does BIOS still see it ? If no then probably dead. If yes then maybe just corruption of partition, etc. Respond to that and then we will go from there.
