My laptop won’t turn on even while plugged in and I’m not sure why..any ideas?
Hello Karen! If the laptop shows no signs of powering up when plugged in, there may be a problem with the power adapter or the battery. If it is the power adapter, then plugging in a compatible charger will help the laptop power up. If it is the battery, then a new charger won’t work and you should look into getting a new battery pack for your laptop.
