Chosen Solution
Basically, all of a sudden, my laptop wont freeze but it’ll become very very slow and lag and come back to normal. It doesn’t happen only in games but throughout the usage (it feels like the processor is reversing). No issues with my wifi, i get 300 - 350 mbps and my processor is an i7 10th gen with 32 gb of RAM. My fans r working fine they don’t make any noise and the battery is perfect
open up task manager see if disk usage is at 100% if that doesn’t help install malwarebytes and check for malware
