Chosen Solution
This problem started 3 months ago, all I had to do was unplug it and then plug it back in and it would charge fine. Now nothing works it just says “pluged in (not charging)” now.
This could be an indication that the battery wont hold a charge. Might need to replace the battery
It seems like you battery is expired because usually laptop`s battery last for 1 to 2 in normal form. So if your laptop is a year or two older then you would defiantly need to replace the batter and make sure to order the proper OEM replacement battery because other aftermarket ones wont give you very good output.
