My laptop isn’t turning on. When i power it on, the led blinks and it beeps infinite times (simultaneously as the led blinks after some time intervals). The ac adopter and battery is fine, i tried removing ram, internal hard disk and even cmos battery as was suggested everywhere on net…but it didn’t work. Earlier it worked but now its not workin at all
Plz tell how do i fix it. What is the major issue. PS: 1) when i removed hard drive it didn’t beep at all but the power led kept blinking. 2) nothing appears on screen..complete blank.
You said that the computer beeps in a pattern of “time intervals”. That specific pattern is important because it is an indicator of what part needs fixing/replacing. Different broken components trigger different “time intervals” of beep patterns. Please check Sony’s website for a chart on what the beep codes mean.
