Laptop not detecting USB. Tried to connect in all ports but still problem is same. Can anybody advise

firstly in the bottom left search bar type in device manager, go to the bottom option “universal serial bus controllers” select your items and try updating the drivers by right clicking on them
Hi did you tried connecting to a different PC? Doing this will confirm whether USB ports or USB itself is damaged!!! Chances are less if all ports are bad at same time. Just check and revert.
1)Your Driver Soft Ware Not installed Properly, 2)Your Laptop mother Board Chip set Not Work Properly. 3) USB Controller Bad. Please Check This Item.
