I think maybe the clips at the top of the display (either side of the webcam) maybe be broked. The laptop therefore does not close. What can I do to fix this?
Yes those clips break OR if you’ve had the top case off it may not be aligned correctly Replace the latch It’s a fair amount of work, and rather expensive. A soft case would add some protection and cost about 1/2 as much the part not considering the time to remove the broken one and install a new one.
