Chosen Solution
I have an HCL laptop which on startup freezes completely. Following is what happens: The start button is pressed and the laptop switches on…The laptop surpasses the BIOS screen…The laptop is dualboot b/w Ubuntu and Windows, I can choose either…It will work for 10 mins maximum and freeze (screen freezes, nothing else works)… Need help…
Have you tried to overclock it because that can cause the hardware to freeze if not then have you installed anything recently if so boot in safe mode and remove it and see if that works
