I got a HP 15 bs007ne last month and I have noticed that it never boots up if its not plugged in and charging. As soon as i plug it in to charge, it’ll start up. This always happens no matter on what percentage it is. Once its on, I can take if off charging and it will work normally. I am so annoyed. I have to carry a charger to college and its definitely a hassle. Please help x
Hi @khanyehasprobs , If it’s new take it back to where it was purchased or follow the instructions in the manufacturer’s warranty statement (usually found in the User guide) as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
If you just bought it take it back. Odds are high that you’ve got a faulty power lead or bad battery. Return it and get a new one. If the store wont exchange it you’re going to have to go through HP’s rma process. Good luck hope I helped.
