i have hp pavilion 17t-ab000 CTO 17.3" laptop the battery doesn’t fully charged and stop charging at 92% or 95% , then when i run my laptop at battery it powers off when battery shows as 70% charging within 20 minutes of web browsing should i replace that battery ? or there another solution
If the laptop charger is correct, it’s probably a problem with the battery. How old is your battery?
