I have an iPhone 7+ and For the last 2 days my phone is playing up. People ring me and my phone rings but a lot of the time when I answer it it’s just blank nothing can be heard and then my phone drops out, very occasionally I am able to have a normal phone call where I can hear. Also my camera seems to be having an issue, I try to take a photo and it seems laggy, and I try to put it on to record a video and it doesn’t work.please help. I’m scared my phones been hacked or something ?
This is a signature problem on the 7 series. There is a trace under the audio IC that has broken due to flexing. The audio IC will need to be lifted and a micro jumper wire installed. This repair needs to be completed by a reputable repairer.
