My hard drive isn’t the best, it was £4 off of eBay. Currently I’m experiencing lag issues on my pc. My laptop did this before in July or August, but it worked after a week. This time however has been struggling for a month now. My laptop screen is broken as well this time and has been having issues a few days after it broke. I have tried “chkdsk C: /f” in command prompt but it did not do much and an hour later I get this message:-
and when I try to reset my pc I get “couldn’t reset your pc.” please help me.
