Chosen Solution
So some yokel spilled sprite on my ps4 controller, I opened it up cleaned everything with IPA, and put it together. At first everything worked except the R2 button, then took apart reassembled, now everything works but the L2 button. Any ideas of wtf is goin on here? Thanks
Fixed this, make sure all connections of the plastic electronics that the buttons rest on are fit correctly to the circuit board
