I have a Kurio 7s, it’s not blue but green/black. I don’t know if that makes any difference. Anyway, once it’s charged up it will only load as far as a screen with a character of a TV screen with shifty eyes. It won’t then power down until the battery is flat. I’ve tried the rest button. is it possible t reinstall the operating system with it in this condition?
Hi @rangeroverblues , Here’s a link that shows how to hard reset the tablet. Scroll down to the near the bottom of the page to view the video in the “See the next method” section. Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your data and downloaded apps. It will restore the tablet to its’ factory default operating condition
