My kindle fire does not turn but the charging light turns on when is connected to the outlet, any ideas on what the problem might be?
Hi! I have no idea about the history of this tablet (if it was dropped in water/ had water spilled on it or dropped in general on a solid material), but I do know that a first step worth taking would be to remove the back cover and disconnecting then re-connecting the battery to the motherboard (using this guide), then powering the tablet as normal.
