no answers to my question in manuals…keypad does not respond during calls when asked to “touch one” for so and so…this function used to work, maybe grandchildren pushed something by accident, or we did
Hi @danise , Just wondering if the phone has been set to pulse mode instead of touch tone mode. Go to Menu > Settings > Dial Mode. If the option showing is Pulse change it (arrow up/down) to Touch Tone and then press Select to save the change.
