Chosen Solution
In my iphone4 789 keys are not working if i press 7 key their top key 4 or bottom key * is displaying. the entire row is not working. yesterdays i replaced the lcd screen from repair center.On home screen its working fine but in the sub screen that particular row is not responding.example if i touch any option on that particular row up or below option is selecting. please provide the solution. Update Any dust is not there on the screen, please provide the solution.
did you recalibrate.if useing screen cover is there anything under it i.e. dust,hair ext.or any air bubles?
Do a hard reset hold power and home button together til you see the apple logo see if that clears it. If that doesn’t work I would bring it straight back to the repair shop and demand they fix it as the digitiser is faulty.
