Is it possible to replace just the keyboard on a model A1425 13" Retina Display MacBook Pro? I see sellers on eBay with the keyboard replacements but when I opened mine up it looks like there are no screws on the back of the keyboard at all. How would it even be possible?

If you check the parts catalogue for your exact model you’ll see that the keyboard is part of the top case. Some masochistic DIYrs have actually done a keyboard only swap, but IMnsHO it’s not cost/time efficient. If this Answer is helpful please remember to return and mark it Accepted.

The keyboard is held in place by adhesive and rivet/some plug stuff. It is not practical to replace the keyboard as it is very difficult to do so, and the new keyboard would be quite loose anyway
